What you would like to see in a starter Boilerplate, which is not to much opinionated (yup... Tailwind is clearly an exception already :-) ?

tks. Yes, as svgr is a good point. I will add asap. React Router probably not, don't want to add to much to stay basic starter point with that boilerplate. But I think in doing another, with more opinionated stuff, like router, i18n, react-query...
