Actually, it is.
If you actually bothered to read the filing, the person swearing out the affadavit is definitely Dennis Montgomery, peddling false links to foreign entities as well as unsubstantiated and previously debunked misinformation.
Which he's been doing for decades, only now he has a new crop of suckers.
Will lookup this guy.
"I was an electronic intelligence analyst under 305th Military Intelligence"
Which doesn't really say a whole lot, because the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion[0] is:
"part of the United States Army's 111th Military Intelligence Brigade located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. It consists of three companies: A-Alpha Company, B-Bravo Company, and C-Charlie Company. The battalion's mission is primarily to train Initial Entry Training Soldiers for Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) 35F - All Source Intelligence Analyst, and 35G - Geospatial Imagery Intelligence Analyst."
That group is a training battalion, not actively engaged in intelligence activities.

Here's an "expert" affidavit that shows the name (Navid Keshavarz-Nia):

At least I want to know whether the system is really vulnerable, since if it is, it can go either way. Perhaps this should be another thread :)
Some additional information regarding the affadavit you referenced. It's a blog post[0] from the developer of the tool used in documenting the "evidence" contained therein.
Just to clarify, I didn't go looking for this. I ran across it while perusing the "new" submissions here on HN (https://news.ycombinator.com/submitted?id=smicallef).

In sum, I can now see that this affidavit drew weak connections and made strong conclusions. So the credibility of the allegation is not that high. But to be fair to the person, it is court filing and he will be accountable for lying.
