A new term I've seen used is "black & indigenous people of color" (BIPOC), which conspicuously leaves out Asians and is fuzzy on Hispanics.

Asians are pretty much banished from the minority club in an "I am storming off angrily with words failing me." fashion.

Ridiculously, people are starting to use this term in the UK too, even though white people are the indigenous ones here.
