Google Work Insights – How is a reporting line collaborating with other teams? (opens in new tab)

We just had this with Microsoft. I think this isn't a useful metric and actually shows more about the internals of Google than the quantified employees. This is data that immediately kills innovation and Google seems to have reached that point.
