Show HN: PostgREST and swagger UI – an example you can run with Docker (opens in new tab)

After seeing postgREST on HN for the first time last week, I put together an example using their tutorials. I had a hard time getting it to work so when I finally did I thought I'd share! Happy US Thanksgiving!
