It's used to express expected financial gain

It just means punhub is gonna profit from youtube being down. ie stocks("stonks") rise

But https://nitter.net/punhubonline doesn’t have any videos that I can see.

Their stock just went up.. reddit wallstreetbets calls stocks, stonks because they claim they're autistic.
