Ask HN: Is RescueTime tapping the well of new hire referral money?

I haven't logged hardly anything into RescueTime for probably close to a year. Today I get an email, because I'm so "awesome", offering to hook me up with some great companies that are hiring.

I know this isn't news, as it first appeared here (http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=2259392), and I don't begrudge RescueTime getting some referral revenue from mining their data, but I'm far from "awesome" judging by my RescueTime data. It makes me wonder if everyone who uses RescueTime Solo is "awesome" and will eventually get one of these emails. It just feels a little weird. I hope it's working for them but it just feels like there was a better approach. Maybe they're working on it.

Am I alone? Who else is "awesome"? Has anyone actually followed up and tried to get a job this way?
