If anyone wants to know, there is a google tech talk by the founder explaing company history, vision, and the like
I think it's very admirable that a company can keep its soul even when growing and firmly holds these principles as beliefs. A "This is the way we are, this is the way we do business" sort of thing which i find refreshing.
