Elasticsearch Service (managed clusters) has a variable price depending on node type/count and storage size. Also, you pay for network traffic.

It’s “fixed” once you provision it. The other services like Lambda, APIGW, CodeBuild etc. vary according to usage.
ES network traffic wouldn’t cost if you are only retrieving traffic in the same region.
