Ask HN: Language agnostic linter / converter for oppressive language?

Our company, much like other companies, are thinking of renaming our master branch to main, like Github suggests, and renaming master/slave, renaming blacklist/whitelist, etc.

Is there a language agnostic linter / converter for this? Unsure if Uber's NEAL or Github's super-linter supports this.
