Ryzen come with bundled gpu. It's called Vega.

However you have to pay the Nvidia tax to do anything.

So a nice AMD ultrabook (which reigns on current price/performance charts) has the firepower, but no access to ML libraries.

The 3600 does not have a GPU. Their APUs are suffixed with G on the desktop, and U on the laptop.

Exactly. And besides, as nice as the integrated vega graphics are, they are not the kind of GPUs you'd use for ML. Way too slow for that and missing the fast vram.
