Problem is its still a black box as to when it’s coming. I emailed Friday morning and they might do a delivery run around 12pm, only they didn’t. Nor Saturday. Usually the only warning I get is a push notification my card has been charged and some time in the next 15min-3 hours it might show up.
This isn’t about Uber Eats or Deliveroo, this is about tiny operations in hyper local environments. COVID has brought a lot of companies kicking and screaming into the digital age, so I hope apps like these capitalise and stick around. Impeccable timing!
