As a user they've never sold anything to, I can't even imagine a valuation of $53m. I am not calling BS, I'm wondering about the business and the moat that justifies these numbers.

heheh, thats fair. freemium is a tricky biz model to understand. but also you're not being given anywhere near the amount of information the VCs have.
