Ask HN: How to record Windows 10 tablet screen with gestures?

I'm looking for ways to create a screen cast on a windows 10 tablet that will display when I do things such as tap and pinch. Preferably this wouldn't involve switching out of "S Mode" (limited to windows store apps).
