Yeah, but a Wacom starts at $59 and an iPad Pro starts at $799, and comes without a pen.

I shouldn’t have said “Pro” as the recent non-Pro iPads under $400 have Pencil support too.

Windows art apps often need hover support since they assume a Wacom, and the general windows interface definitely does. I guess you can simulate hover by holding a hot key or something while touching though.

They make a top of the line art pad. And your in the apple eco system, so it's not super shady. Or at least you know what your getting.
