He used "Principles of Corporate Finance" by Richard Brealey, Stewart Myers, and Franklin Allen as the text book. I bought it from Google Play.

There are other courses about finance in Coursera and Youtube but I haven't checked them out. But the ones I listed here are good based on my experience.
