Ask HN: How can mortal create digital movie/shows marketplace?

I'm wondering if mortal developer can create something like itunes for movies but as cheap as possible.

If there was some not so expensive digital movies it would benefit everyone (except itunes and gplay).

The idea is to make place with powerful admin control for studios and charge 10% from selling media item.

And for attracting traffic 5% throw to affiliate program.

So basically creator will always get 90% for item he is selling.

Do someone has some experience to share?
