if you have a small amount of money (around 20k), where you would invest? What would you buy in order to earn another money e.g. 200€/month or so.

Your best bet is to invest that money in a Total Market ETF like Vanguard's VTI. https://investor.vanguard.com/etf/profile/VTI

It should net you 5-6% a year compounded over the long-run.
