Ask HN: Vlogging the startup for a year, could use some topic suggestions/tips

... i don't really have a strategy except that my goal is to upload every single day (i did a similar year-long challenge on my personal youtube channel a few years back).

i'm a solo founder (vc-backed) and just pivoted the company (a real one... not a pseudo-pivot). right now, contextually, i'm nearing the end of my hiring process to hire "engineer uno"...

my loose plan is to candidly capture the process of building "zero to one" but would love any suggestions or even other channels with similar angles / approaches?
