Cool assertion, but even if that were true, why wouldn't the WTO enforce net neutrality?

This could not be farther from the truth. WTO has been subjugated by the Chinese, hence where we are today.

Okay, so then we should DEFINITELY use it here, to promote US values over Chinese ones.
