We're a pre-funding startup and a team of two. We want to have someone help us part-time doing community management but we don't have any money to pay them.
Generally, is it okay to offer small amounts of equity in exchange for work done in an early-stage startup? Will this come back to bite us when we try to raise money and investors see many small equity payouts in the past?
