.ac.uk is reserved only for education.

Simply having an e-mail on one of these domains implies access to e.g. free GitHub accounts.

We could have something akin to .bank.uk for banking purposes (you are only allowed go have one if you have a banking license).

I think the new gTld .bank is marketing itself for banks in that way, making sure only real banks get.bank
