It is a bit overwhelming to manage a small team working on multiple client projects. Currently we do not have a standard process or system (what we do now mostly resembles Waterfall). We tried to use a task management software but not very effectively.
I would like to hear and learn from more experienced people who have either worked in or led such teams.
