Nope, we don't have AIs capable of doing that yet. Perhaps someday. But we can't make decisions based on hypothetical future technology.

I mean, yes we have. This is how the Go AI was trained to beat the world champion, and it also helps to develop the autonomous cars at Waymo. Give it like 5 years and you have enough compute power to simulate many more data and situations.

Wrong. Go is a game with a small number of defined rules and zero ambiguity in the inputs. It's not even remotely comparable.
