So little intro:
Zello its a popular app which allows you to transfer your mobile phone to the radio (useful in case if calls cost more then 3g internet or if your mobile operator charges you by minutes and you always have wifi)
Pro-russian internet organization (roscomnadzor) decide Zello potentially can be you for protests and decide to ban all IPs of zello app. Zello have been using amazon and each time they IP got ban they migrate to new IP.
Russian contact Amazon and they accept they position - Zello app might be used for protests and ask Zello to leave they platform.
I just wonder how does organization might support net neutrality when they are closing client accounts simple because some organization at the edge of the world thinks this app been used for protests?
And, logically, you can close any app which has message/voice functionality abusing that method. It seems like a big security breach - if you have a rival just tell "roscomnadzor" app is using by oppositions, send few messages in the app you are against russia, and boom they are in trouble
