Sure I want the people who want to remain to be able to, but the decision was made as a country. If they don't split into two it'll be pretty hard and difficult to accept Britons wanting to be in the EU. Maybe if they privately pay membership fees? It's interesting to think about, but would encompass much more than a TLD.
