I know exactly one person who uses it. To me it always seemed like 4chan-light.

There's a difference between people who come across or read Reddit, and those who actually post and participate on Reddit. The Average Joe is usually part of the former.

Perhaps not all tech, but my point is that it's very unused by many. People in tech are far more common users.
