Ask HN: What are Legal Services to help promote your Instagram?

If I have an Instagram that I truly believe has great content but doesn't have many followers. What paid resources or mechanisms do people suggest? I have tried promotions within Instagram but I don't get many follows, just likes and comments (people enjoy the content).

Everything I google search for is the epitome of the shady internet. Was hoping the Hacker News community could provide some legitimate sources. I don't want to directly pay for fake accounts but genuinely help advertise the account. Thank you.
