Ask HN: Book recommendations for CEO softskills?

I’ve worked in a couple of startups, and in both of them the CEO has possessed some great people skills. They’ve not only been great listeners, but have been able to speak with people very easily, coming across very personable and friendly.

I like to think of myself as a friendly and easy to talk to guy, but am looking to level up my skills in this area as I take a larger role in speaking to shareholders and stakeholders alike.

What books or audiobooks have you found most helpful in this regard?
