Who can help free vector program Gravit with CYMK-profiles? (Xpost from DN)

I just posted this to DesignerNews but thought maybe posting it here too would be a good idea:

I recently suggested implementing CMYK-profile support into gravit.io to make it possible to create print-ready documents with it. They like the idea but I have no idea how embedding/attaching color-profiles to PDFs actually works.
