Ask HN: Need a FULLY quantified productivity app/service

I have been looking for quite some time now for an app, or apps that integrate together, that fully meshes analytics from my phone like calls, text messages, and app usage with email analytics with desktop usage analytics akin to ManicTime, Rescue Time or preferably ActivTrak which has great screenshot integration.

I'm hoping that if subscriptions are necessary I could keep the combined cost to $30 a month but the ROI of an effective system would probably be worth much more than that.

The whole intent is to collectively gather everything I do so I can retrace just about anything (I'm a freelancer/contractor).

I've considered trying to cross-integrate apps using Zapier, IFTTT, etc but I cannot figure out what platform to pull the data into so it can be unified into a digestible format.

Any and all app/service recommendations (even if not a complete solution) are greatly appreciated!
