Check out this paragraph:
...(b) For Non-License Term-Based Licenses (which may be referred to as "Community Edition"). If Client receives a "Community Edition" or similar License, Client acknowledges and agrees that Software that is provided to Client free of charge is for Client's internal, non-competitive, development, research, testing and evaluation (i.e., “non-production use”) in accordance with this Agreement. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Community Edition Software is not suitable, nor licensed, for use by end users for commercial or organizational daily or routine business operations (i.e., “production use”)...
Should it really be called Community Edition in this case? It sounds like false advertising :-(
