1000% this. I've had multiple co-founders over the years that love the idea of being part of a startup, but were unwilling to sacrifice any free time and accomplish anything.
If you've had more than 3 meetings with no commitment of time, walk away.
That's the real purpose of being "entrepreneur", "founder" or "co-founder". You get all the credit & $$$ without actually doing anything, the actual work is done by the salves you hire. They have to be competent, got perfect grades from top schools, smart, passionate, ready to work day and night to achieve your goals, but you, YOU are above any of these laws. Your are entrepreneur, you just go to meetings.
