Ask HN: What survey/poll service do you use?

I need to automate a newsletter with a poll. So I'm looking for a service with strong API and overall high quality. My needs are:

- to receive parameters from poll's link (e.g. client id hash);

- conditional branches in the poll;

- pass all the data from the poll back to my service (preferably even unfinished polls)

- mobile optimized version;

- preferably some CSS or other styling customization.

It seems that the market is oversaturated and it's hard to choose the right tool. I'd love to hear HN's opinion.
