Are you kidding me? Dunno, but $3k/mo for a 3bdrm apt is pretty unaffordable. Add $500 for duplex, and $1k for a single-family.

That's literally double what it used to cost 10y ago.

San Francisco $84k median income vs $1.1 million median house cost. That is obscenely disproportionate. That's a $5k monthly payment for just P&I, which is 71% of income before taxes and savings. It's completely untenable.
