Just read about D-wave 2x system. It made me wonder, what if we had a hybrid Chip which is a combination of traditional processor + quantum processor which really gives ability of faster processing Or Alternatively a PCIe/PCIx based module wherein it boost's the performance of the traditional computer without much hassle of replacing the entire hardware? Any expert comments welcomed specially from quantum computing or VLSI research folks?
