I meant like an IDE, like Eclipse/IntelliJ IDEA for C/C++ that implements stepping back/forward in code, like rr.

I think the ones that use GDB will be able to take advantage of rr: Emacs, vim, maybe old versions of XCode. I don't think there are any Java IDEs that implement stepping backwards.
