I've applied twice before (once to YC Fellowship this summer). Made it to the top 300 most recently. Always received an email either way.

Do they tell you the position you were ranked?

Only if you are near the top, I think. First time I got no indication of where my application was ranked.

Still no response.

Got it. I also have not received any response yet. Do they send either a rejection or approval letter to everybody ?
