Today is a great day since I have a strong and clear YES from a small company (23 persons) to become their CTO.
They are on the edge of a strong growth period (just raised funds, doubling people every year, going abroad, ...) and need to industrialize amny processes.
I will be in charge of designing the information system and to lower the pressure of this strong growth by making the company scalable.
I am an experienced web developper, have a business master and I have been working with them for two years as a contractor.
In the coming weeks, I will need to learn a lot about system design, piloting big projects, settings priorities and that kind of stuff.
Do you know any good resources (eyes opening books, articles, videos, blogs) and advices about this new mission.
