Hoogle lets you do exactly that, with fuzzy matching:
https://www.haskell.org/hoogle/?hoogle=a+-%3E+[b]
It's as useful as you might hope!

I am not a Haskeller, but you can use "!h searchterm" on Duck Duck Go.
